What is the difference between PupX and Puptqe?

Puptqe serves as our retail-only space, offering a specialized environment with a dog bar just for dogs and shopping experience for dog lovers. On the other hand, PupX provides a comprehensive experience, featuring both a lounge area and retail space catering to both dogs and their humans.

I have a Puppass+. Is that the same as a PupX membership?

Puppass+ memberships are valid on retail only. Puppass+ members can shop at PupX lounges and receive Puppass+ benefits, but would need a PupX membership to use the lounge space and attend event exclusive to PupX.

How much is a PupX membership?

Membership prices vary: Pup Social membership for one dog is $95 per month, Pup Play memberships for one dog is $225 per month, and Pup VIP memberships for one dog is $495 per month (limited spaces).

What do I get with my membership?

As a PUPX member, you receive unlimited lounge access, exclusive events, a supportive community, and amenities such as workspaces, luxury dog beds, private WiFi, concierge service, VIP events, retail discounts, guest passes, and complimentary beverages.

How do I cancel my membership?

Monthly memberships can be canceled at any time through your account.

Is WiFi available?

Yes, our lounge is equipped with Fiber Optic internet and multiple hotspots throughout the space.

What are the dog requirements?

All dogs must be ‘vetted’. Owners must provide their dog’s vaccination documents, and dogs must be at least 4 months of age and spayed and neutered over 8 months.

Can I bring my own food, drinks, or dog treats?

Outside food is permitted, but drinks, glass containers, and dog treats are not to ensure the safety of all dogs.

Do you offer grooming?

No, we encourage members to maintain consistency with their groomers and offer store credit with select memberships for grooming instead.
